Best Budget Monitor 1080p IPS 75Hz!
This monitor delivers stunning colors for its price for a 27-inch monitor with a 75Hz refresh rate. It will be 60Hz initially, but you can change it in Windows 10 settings, then Display, then Advanced display settings, then you can you change it to 75Hz, or if you have Nvidia you can change it from there.
