In my case, when detecting Pi 4 objects with sensor flow, I saw temperatures of 75Β°C without this case and 48Β°C with case. The only downside is that the case acts like a metal shield surrounding the Wi-Fi (and probably the Bluetooth antenna), which greatly affects the RF range of the Wi-Fi - I don't use Bluetooth, so I can't comment on that to say; although I suspect this will also be significantly affected. I still get a significant improvement just using the bottom of the case. I can end up cutting the casing around the antenna. This is a minor design oversight, as the case housing the antennas doesn't offer much of an advantage.
