Travel bag with split side zip (smaller zip). After a few tries, the teeth will align, but that doesn't give confidence in the future that it will stand the test of time. End zippers are very difficult to close, they get caught and you have to flex the material with both hands to get the zipper properly aligned and fully closed. I can't always close it completely. I thought it was an accident so I sent the item back. THE COMPANY WILL PAY YOU FOR SHIPPING FOR A REFUND EVEN IF THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE. Not knowing I would have to pay for return shipping I had already decided to buy another one thinking I had received a 'bad' one. Unfortunately I received the exact same crappy bag with the same issues mentioned above. And I had to pay for the return shipping again. Bad customer service and bad quality. Don't waste money.
