Item is NOT as listed- It states in the title "Compatible with Mac OS X", but it is not. We tried it on both our OS x laptops, and it does not work on either.The labeling on the box says "System Requirements: IBM or Compatible PC system; Win XP/Vista/7/8" ***NO Mac OS X listed!***The User Manual is useless- it simply lists the key functions with number lock off. The extent of the instructions is "Introduction: Peripad is an ideal solution for home and office needs. It is easy to install and use with Digital multimedia Applications such as Media Center PC, Home Theater PC, Internet TV, and Car PC. System Requirements: Operating System- Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/7/8; 1 x Free USB Port. Maybe this is just a defective unit, but very disappointing. The unit was shipped in a padded envelope, and the unit's thin box was ripped on arrival. It will be returned.
