I was initially hesitant to buy a refurbished (usually "used") computer, but I needed a Windows machine for a project. I already had a few Dell power adapters so I decided to buy this Dell unit. The last time I bought a Dell (or any other Windows computer) was in 2001 and it's not great, which adds to my caution. I shouldn't have worried so much. This Dell Latitude E7240 exceeded all expectations. It is clean with minimal scratches. The performance has been good for me so far. Of course, I only had this machine for the weekend, but I immediately installed Office 365 and made extensive use of OneNote and OneDrive. No performance issues so far. I also appreciate that this PC came with Windows 10 Professional instead of the garbage fire known as Windows 8. If this machine works I might consider buying a refurbished 2-in-1 from the same folks in the future. In fact, the days of buying "newβ computers may be long gone.
