TL;DR: Ink works great. 10/10 would use again. Doesn't work in my printer. They use a cartridge with different tracks and locks. The printer cannot use the cartridge. Update: Cooperation with seller support. Excellent customer service. They support their product. Apparently my printer had an update preventing it from accepting the cartridge. Customer service sends new cartridges for testing. Updated as new cartridges arrive. Last updated on 04/17/2020 The seller sent a new ink kit for upgrading printers. I went to the printer with no problems and printed it out! The seller is definitely trustworthy and true to his word. Definitely recommend this product and seller for purchases
