UPDATED** PLEASE READ FULL REVIEW (Not for use with HP Officrjet Pro 8715)

TL;DR: Ink works great. 10/10 would use again. Doesn't work in my printer. They use a cartridge with different tracks and locks. The printer cannot use the cartridge. Update: Cooperation with seller support. Excellent customer service. They support their product. Apparently my printer had an update preventing it from accepting the cartridge. Customer service sends new cartridges for testing. Updated as new cartridges arrive. Last updated on 04/17/2020 The seller sent a new ink kit for upgrading

Excellent customer service combined with a great product

I ordered this product because of other satisfied customers and after receiving the cartridges my printer must have been upgraded. The cartridges didn't fit and I contacted the company. Vianna contacted and offered to refund the product or replace it with new chips. I decided to give the company and their product a try on the new chips and I'm very glad I did. New cartridges arrived and after replacing the old chips with new ones, my printer started working again. The color of the prints isโ€ฆ

Kingjet backs their product with EXCELLENT customer support

I print a lot and just can't afford real ink. I buy Kingjet ink. New cartridges have recently stopped working. I knew enough to know that this was HP's thing, not Kingjet's. HP regularly updates its firmware, which requires updating the chips on the cartridges. Kingjet was with me all the way. Provide replacement and strong customer service. However, I've chosen to work on downgrading the HP firmware instead of just replacing the ink every time HP updates (and HP seems to do this about everyโ€ฆ
