I print a lot and just can't afford real ink. I buy Kingjet ink. New cartridges have recently stopped working. I knew enough to know that this was HP's thing, not Kingjet's. HP regularly updates its firmware, which requires updating the chips on the cartridges. Kingjet was with me all the way. Provide replacement and strong customer service. However, I've chosen to work on downgrading the HP firmware instead of just replacing the ink every time HP updates (and HP seems to do this about every six to eight weeks). that you can use the ink you currently have, contact KingJet, they will help you. You need to know the model number of your printer. It takes some time and diligence to complete the steps, but it works!
