Review on Borden Riley Pastel Charcoal Paper Painting, Drawing & Art Supplies by Morgan Gilmore
Fine paper but no tooth or texture
I'm a pastelist so I'm familiar with pastel finishes and this isn't one of them. Luckily I want it to be better suited to a charcoal pencil or white pencil to make it work for my project. And the paper seems to be very good for it! But the front says "Perfectly textured surface for both hard and soft pastels." and I just don't see it containing more than a layer or two of pigment. If that's your goal, then it's probably fine.
