Pros: Very soft rag - I didn't have to worry about it being too hard for my household items. The telescopic length is ideal for most households. - I could easily reach my 9ft ceilings. EASY STORAGE - The foldable handle allows for quick storage in my broom closet. Cons: Too thick to get into hard-to-reach places. - I have not been able to remove dust between small spaces exposed to open air (and dust). The telescopic handle is not fixed. - The rag head retracts with each pressure. Curves very difficult to reach. Difficult to clean. - The head is very difficult to clean, most of the dust will remain after lifting. Update: The telescopic handle fell apart. I can no longer reach the ceiling unless I fasten the two pieces together. 2 Stars: As a handheld duster, it still works for items that don't require reach, but it's not a telescopic duster. If I could turn back time I wouldn't buy this vacuum cleaner.
