I like that Vidy has been very responsive with my questions, they have always shown me what features work best in our business and helped us build out some of those features ourselves (which we didn't know were missing). Their support team can be slow at times but it's not something you need worry about too much because once your product gets up and running everything works as expected! We've had success getting more engagement from users when posting content through vidlytics than other platforms where people post directly or via social media channels.
