Broke first time
I bought this for our YouTube channel and vlog about our recent trip to India. Unfortunately it broke almost on the first day there and I couldn't use the tripod for the rest of the trip. To be honest our trip was so long and due to the travel ban I didn't have time to return so the company may have been watching it very well but they didn't stand a chance. However, I think it is fair to report what the product was and how it was. Broken. Instantly.
