CAPS FALL OUT ALL THE TIME! Choking hazard and very scary.

Very, very, very dangerous! The little screw caps on top loosen up almost every day no matter how you tighten them and fall off. A choking hazard for any child and very, very scary. They cannot be glued together because then the playpen will not fall apart and you will never be able to store it anywhere. the child had just held one in his mouth and almost swallowed it. We immediately took them off as we saw them loosen and they kept falling off. Very creepy. The age recommendations are written for children from the age of three... Then they advertise from three months and older. Do not recommend this to any child whose witness was so terrifying.
