I have a 27 inch iMac that has the USB ports and card reader on the back of the unit. This makes it harder to get to the back and play around with it, especially if you use either port a lot. I use flash drives and SD cards, so I'm always looking for them to connect. This USB-C device eliminated that for me. Although I would like the cable to be a little longer, because as you can see in the photo, the device just hangs and doesn't look visually appealing at all. However, I give this device 2 thumbs up and it is a worthy addition to your Apple computer.
