Definitely not a real "testosterone" booster. Real boosters require injections; Otherwise, you are actually using up 80-90% of your testosterone levels due to biochemical interactions with the liver. However, I bought them for the potential melatonin effects. Does its job quite efficiently. I usually take them an hour before bed and feel like the meltdown comes with my natural sleep cycle. The next day I feel a bit "lighter" and "sleep well" but nothing noticeable when it comes to the strength gains you would feel from actual testosterone boosters you would wear.
