I bought these to replace the plastic pans that came with my Pretty Excellent watercolors. I didn't care because I couldn't put my brushes in a metal can. Enter these beauties. It took some wiggling to get the paint out of the plastic bowls (each of the colors are glued on) but once you removed them they went into the halves of the bowls. Full Disclosure - I actually had to press the paint in half so don't expect them to just slide in. But they fit perfectly and the magnets (the reason I bought them) were easy to attach. The magnets easily stick to pot halves and sheet metal. I wonder how well they stick after they get wet but I'll come back to clarify, they stop sticking. Anyway, it can also have 52 halves and 50 magnets, which was nice. Overall a great deal for the price and the extras. Now I can rearrange the half panels and add more brushes to the jar. I can also add extra halves, although I don't have to. not yet. Get these halves and happy painting. 🎨
