Review on Extra Long Chrome Vanadium Steel Ratcheting Wrenches With Flex-Head And Double Box-End, 72-Tooth Metric 9 Mm X 11 Mm Size By BULLTOOLS by David Padilla

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Would not recommend at this price point.

The heads of several of my wrenches fell off from the first day of use. You can screw them back on but it doesn't seem to have the same tension anymore so the flex heads kinda flop around. Mine arrived kinda scratched up like they had been used. They have not yet catastrophically failed and all the gears still work. One is a little stiff but still ratchets. They feel really cheap especially after the flex heads mess up on you. If this was $30 I wouldn't complain. But for the price point, look for something else. That said, I put over 100lb of force on the 18mm and even used it to hold a nut while I used the impact on a real tight bolt. It held up to a lot of abuse. I just wish the damn flex heads would stop falling off, kinda defeats the whole purpose.

Pros
  • The precision-engineered mechanism of these wrenches ensures that they deliver consistently high levels of performance, making them an ideal choice for professionals and amateurs alike
Cons
  • The ratcheting mechanism can wear out quickly with frequent use
