Doesn’t work at all

I plugged the battery in to charge and charged for about a half an hour. Nothing. Then I left it plugged in all night. Still nothing. I also tried switching batteries. And nothing. I’d like to just get a replacement if I could, but I can’t figure out how to contact seller.

I bought this for my son. He liked it too only thing is it’s battery get drained so quickly, which is already mentioned. But it would be awesome if the charged battery could last at least for half and hour. Rest: this runs smoothly and runs fast on carpet too.
