What surprised me the most was the high quality look of this tree apron. It's quite thick and plush, reminiscent of a Santa suit. It's big enough to span the diameter of your tree, which I really like. This year I got a white tree for the first time and used all the white lights and this red shirt was the perfect finishing touch. She is well done. and seems to last a long time. It attaches at the back with two ties, one at the top and one about 3 inches below. Since my tree is artificial, after tying it, I gathered it from each side and used a red-tipped needle to match the hole to the "trunk"; and it worked fine. I have looked at hundreds of wooden skirts and feel that I got the best deal and most attractive for this style. I am very satisfied and can highly recommend this product.
