cons: definitely not soft rubber but hard enough to feel like soft plastic lol. Also, I rubbed it sideways on the tile to see if it left a mark and it did, but nowhere did the description say they were non-marking wheels. But obviously the wheels don't roll that sideways, so a poor test on my part. Take that with a grain of salt, but I'm sure it will darken the ground more than a few thousand times. Pros: Quiet and well oiled upon arrival. I just got it but I'll bet about £500 on it. and we'll see how long it lasts.
