Review on πŸ’ͺ Mophorn Hydraulic H-Frame Plates - 13,227 lbs Capacity by Hayden Hart

Revainrating 3 out of 5

It worked, but I don't recommend this junk.

The only reason I give this device three stars is that it got the job done at an affordable price. I bought this to remove the wrist pins that were pressed against the wrist pins and surprisingly it worked without causing any injury or breakage. Now I would not recommend this product due to the lack of quality control. The first thing I noticed when I opened the box was a universal, unnamed bottle jack rated for "6" tons. When I first started using it the jack couldn't press the springs but worked fine after the chamber was vented. It's detachable, but the slot at the top that it plugs into is small. So if you use a different connector, it may not fit properly. Next thing I noticed is that the black rod that does all the work is at about an 80Β° angle, not at a right 90Β° angle, so any fine work should stay away from that piece of junk . The next thing I noticed is that the L-bars he uses for the legs aren't bent 90Β° either, so they won't make good contact with whatever you're mounting this on. When I then screwed them on, I noticed a lot of play in the screw holes, but I managed to get them to stand up straight for the most part. until I started using it and it started leaning forward as you can see in the picture. The press plates were 1/4 inch thick as described. Finally I hope you are good at collecting pictures as there are no instructions or pictures other than what is offered on Amazon.
