Review on OMGard by Gerald Mohammed

I had great hopes for OMGard because I've done a lot of online shopping, but they sadly fell short of my standards. Although their website is aesthetically appealing, it lacks the features that would make shopping quick and simple. With few choices available in each category, the product selection is at best average. I have gotten products from them that have disintegrated after only a few uses, raising concerns about the quality of their goods. Customer service at OMGard is hit or miss, with some agents being useful and others being rude and unprofessional. It is obvious that their assistance staff lacks consistency and training. Additionally, their selling policy is not as reasonable as claimed. Their rates are uncompetitive, and the cost of their goods does not correspond to their quality. Overall, I wouldn't advise other internet shoppers to purchase from OMGard. Even though they might have a few redeeming features, their limited product assortment, inconsistent customer service, and dubious quality leave them behind the competition.
