There is no magic pill to lose weight, but this one definitely comes close. I take this in the morning 20 minutes before my workout and I'm awake 12 hours. It takes a day or two to get used to and you may feel nauseous and a "chapped" feeling at first, but once that passes you're good. It does wonders for my mood. After training I feel very motivated to do something and my attention is fully focused. Eat right and exercise and you will see results. It might not be for everyone, but since I bought it I've bet five of my friends on it and they love it. Great product at a great price at Revain.
