This is our second order of Swedish kitchen towels in the last 2.5 years. I thought we had run out of the rest but they were in the wrong place. I probably have a year left from my previous purchase but since they are a different color I've started using them for a little accent. We keep them rotating - one to use while the other gets cleaned. We've found that this actually extends their lives - at least here. So far it works just as well as the other brand. no smell super absorber. They have replaced a significant portion of our use of paper towels. The price was at the level of the previous brand. I ordered a set for my daughter who started college in April and she says all her roommates prefer them. I wish I had known this years ago - they clean almost everything in my kitchen with a few exceptions. Highly recommended.
