Works great, requires some work to assemble

Finding the right drawer size for these organizers takes a little effort, but it's well worth the effort. paper and adjust it to the size of the bottom of the box (cut or glue extra pieces). Put the paper on the floor and take the things you want to organize in the drawer, put them on the paper and draw lines. You can then measure and cut these elements and assemble them fairly easily.
