Works great! I didn't make candles out of them, I made giant crayons for toddlers. I didn't flash the wick, so I can't comment on that. But otherwise the mold worked perfectly, the wax has to cool down completely before it slips out. After reading reviews of the candle not coming out, I first used coconut oil to lubricate the inside before pouring in the melted crayons. However, as time went on I trusted the shape more lol and just filled it in without oiling it. After cooling everything was fine. The mold was strong enough to withstand multiple knocks on the counter.
