I definitely recommend buying, I didn't notice any disadvantages.

Compared to the fourth, there are not so many improvements, but they are. Given that they are now cheaper than fours, I definitely recommend it, since there are few competitors at this price.
With its pros:
Good sound, especially on the wire. Decent noise isolation and ANC. It is comfortable to wear, but only on the head. Connect quickly.
Different cons:
Not comfortable to wear around the neck, not a very comfortable application. False positives of the control sensor, but can be disabled. LDAC does not work with Windows, MacOS and iOS.
