I started buying this ring so I could wear my wedding ring for more activities (running, outdoors, work, etc.). I liked the first ring I bought but it was too tight (I ordered a size smaller because some reviews said they were too big). The ring fit but was too tight, tighter than you would want to wear all day. So I went ahead and ordered a size up and it fit great, much more comfortable and was really what I was looking for when I decided to try one of these. Then I figured I'd try returning the original in exchange for a larger size so I had a backup (and because I paid $13 for it!). Jamilyn from her customer service emailed me straight away to confirm the exchange and actually told me to just keep the first one I bought and give it to someone I love. I suppose the return shipping cost played a part, but it was still a nice touch and I didn't have to do what I wanted. Just a good overall experience, I would recommend the ring and this company.
