What I love about this kit is that it has everything you need to charge many types of 12V batteries as well as portable power stations like the Jackery Portable Power Station Explorer 500. It folds in half and has a pocket with a pocket that can be zipped to protect the panel. It's lightweight and all parts fit either in the plate or in the pocket of the suitcase. There are stands on each plate, but they are not adjustable to different angles. It would be nice to be able to tilt the panels to face the sun directly to get the most performance. I connected the panel to a 12v battery and it charged the battery and then went into service mode which is what I expected from the controller. I tried tilting the panel as best I could to face the sun, although the angle wasn't quite right. The controller displays some characters that I don't understand, such as B. "bLu" and "bO3". They are not explained in the manual. I've tried measuring the output voltage and current with a multimeter but it doesn't seem to put out any current unless a battery is connected, which I think is fine, but I can't test the output. This item seems a bit overpriced for a 100W mono panel with a 20A PWM controller. If you don't need mobility and want to install the panel in your home or RV, you can find cheaper options like this Monocrystalline Solar Starter Renogy 100W 12V Kit for about 1/2 the price. If price is an issue for portability, there are several portable options for less money with potentially inferior components, such as
