Ordered a large one for my service dog (Lab). You wouldn't stay! It hurt to keep watching him so we could pick them up when they came down. I have a service dog because I can hardly lift things off the ground. So not only did we have to walk halfway with salt and all the other chemicals, but we also feared losing gear. Then he would have to address them, I don't know how to test a product, but you should have known about this problem! I spent a month with it in the middle of winter. This is something I cannot return. TIME is very important to me. When your 70 1/2 evens out with Agent Orange, that ends for me. Please do better for the next guy who needs boots for his dog. That's how you keep your customers. Test your stuff and only sell the best to keep everyone happy. (You probably deserve more that way) I'm not mad, just disappointed.
