I live in Southern California in a beach town. I started noticing that the inside of my RV was getting damp from all the moisture in the air. I bought this device based on the reviews and am grateful for it. After a day of operation, I returned to a full water tank. I couldn't believe how much water was in the tank. The device is very quiet and I can't even say that it works. It's very easy to clean. For some strange reason my first device suddenly stopped working after a few months. I contacted the seller and he immediately sent me a replacement. My second had no problems at all and I run it 12 hours a day, at least 4 to 5 days a week. Customer service was incredible.
