Review on NYX PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP Black Mechanical Eyeliner Pencil by Rhonda Green

I love how dark this product is! Definitely very pigmented. My only problem with it (and to be honest I have with most eyeliners I've tried) is that it melts off my face pretty quickly. I have to reapply the product and also wipe the skin under my eyelids several times a day. Again. I noticed that with almost all eyeliners. That doesn't stop me from continuing to test different ones! Overall great pigment, great price, very creamy. I will most likely buy again one day if I can't find an alternative.
