This is a great replacement for store bought whipped cream jars. As a diabetic, I can sweeten cream with Splenda and have no rise in blood sugar. It's also a really fun way to spoil my grandkids. I tell them to open it up and cum in their mouth and they love it! Different recipes can be used (have yet to try). This is a very well built product that should last for years and judging by the volume you get with a small amount of cream it's sure to pay for itself by the end of this holiday season. This is of course an unpleasant pleasure, but I just love kitchen gadgets.
