This is a great (almost) instant read thermometer. I ordered through Revain Prime with 2 day delivery and it arrived on time. But the day before arrival I received an email from the company that sells them thanking them for the purchase and instructions on how to use it. When it arrived it was beautifully packaged in a foam box with a cut out that fits perfectly. I love that there is a cooking chart on the handle that suggests what internal temperature to use for different types of meat. It also has a temperature lock button so you don't have to wait for it to return to the last measured temperature, making it more convenient for hot grilling. After it arrived I received another email from the company asking if I had liked it so far.
