Cable probe did not alarm

Well I used it with a good fillet steak I inserted a cable probe. Since it was my first time, I kept checking the temperature. Well, she was going through a certain fear, but there was no fear. So I pulled it out and used the instant read sensor. The alarm went off immediately. Also, I pressed the hold button, it didn't work. So the alarm and hold buttons need some work. The immediate reading I think was correct. Because I monitored the temperature. The food was good. So keep an eye on her.

It does exactly what it is supposed to do very well.

Both dual sensors measure the temperature accurately (I used a calibrated analogue thermometer). I didn't buy it for its foldable design, but it's a nice touch, especially the auto-off feature (turns off when folded). With the folding design, I was concerned about cleaning, but cleaning the folding area is pretty easy. Both probes were used at temperatures of up to 500 degrees without any problems. Fahrenheit. Quick and easy thermometer

This thermometer is great! I like that the font is big enough to be seen. So if I don't have glasses nearby I can still see the temperature. The backlighting of the display is also good. I don't have to wait for the temperature to rise, it's ready in an instant. Can't win! As good as this thermometer is, the customer service is excellent. One night before bed I contacted support and got a response the next morning when I checked the messages. Perfect! That's how you do business! I will buy them

Really good value for money. Suitable for Meat

This is a great (almost) instant read thermometer. I ordered through Revain Prime with 2 day delivery and it arrived on time. But the day before arrival I received an email from the company that sells them thanking them for the purchase and instructions on how to use it. When it arrived it was beautifully packaged in a foam box with a cut out that fits perfectly. This is a great tool to avoid having to open the oven every time you need to take the temperature of the meat to inspect it and the meat cool. You stick the probe into the meat (to avoid the bone), remove the wire from the oven, and watch as the temperature rises. The thermometer is magnetic. So if you have a fridge or microwave next to your oven, you can attach a reading piece to it to keep it from sliding off.
