I was making pizza dough and had to roll it out and the baking mat made it SO easy! I usually have to wipe down the counter, sprinkle the bottom and then roll out the dough. With a carpet it became very easy and cleaning took very little time! I even used a chopper to evenly slice the pizza into breadsticks! Oh, and a pastry brush for buttering the pizza crust! My friends were definitely impressed! They loved the presentation and most importantly the taste of my pizza!
