I like how easy it was once we got everything set up, just click next step button! The ability that you can create multiple steps within each process helps make things more organized as well so there's less confusion when looking at what needs done or not been completed yet by certain people/departments etc..
Easy enough where almost anyone could use this product without needing any training whatsoever which makes using easier since sometimes companies have strict rules about who has access too their products (we're talking software here). Having someone else take over my job would be nice but i'm ok if they don't know anything either because then its good practice getting used even though everyone should learn anyways right? So far nothing really bad comes out after having started implementing sync into our system however some minor problems do come along now & again these are easily fixed through emailing support team members directly instead of waiting days.
