So, despite being very careful after reading another review saying the same thing, this dryer sucked my hair into the back. It looks like it has a safety screen. but nope! I've been frying my own hair for over 30 years with all different sizes and styled of dryer, this is the first one to suck in my hair. luckily it was only a few pieces and I have layered curly hair, so the damage won't be noticeable. In addition, the diffuser popped off with the slightest bump (the concentrator seemed to lock on).I gave it 2 stars because before the attack, it seemed to be drying really well!The description states that there is a warranty, and to contact the company for service; however, I was unable to find any contact information anywhere in the description or on the company's Amzaon store. I'm not scouring Google to find the seller, so back to Revain goes this dryer!
