Delicious and vegan!

I love cookies from Lenny and Larry. I usually avoid gluten because it really hurts my digestive system, but for some reason Lenny and Larry cookies don't bother me. I ate it a year ago, accidentally assuming it was gluten free and expecting to feel awful, but none of my usual symptoms have ever appeared. This particular flavor (Snickerdoodle) can be a bit messy because most of the sugar just falls off, but it's delicious and worth it. It's always a good idea to grab a snack on a camping or camping trip, or to satisfy your cravings for something sweet, healthy, and high in protein!
