I have a larger and heavier ring that works great but I wanted to do four or six at a time. Based on the reviews I took a chance and unfortunately wasted my money. They are beautifully made but too light to press firmly against the pan and hold the egg in the rings. I filled all four rings and the egg immediately started pouring out of the bottom, covering the entire bottom of the nonstick pan. So use the smallest pot that will fit four rings, e.g. B. an 8 inch or 10 inch pan. Scrambled eggs puff up as they cook, so the final product was about the same thickness as an egg mac muffin, about 1/2 inch. I'm waiting for someone to find a set of commercial quality rings that will hold the runny egg inside. I spray the rings with nonstick oil spray before pouring the egg in and it works to remove the egg. I make a few small strokes in the egg ring and the egg falls out immediately. Use any excess egg that has leaked out of the ring. below to make a fifth sandwich. I want someone to suggest thicker, bigger, heavier four packs so I can make four good sandwiches at once.
