In use for over a week. The headset is very comfortable and flexible. I believe this product received two stars due to two shortcomings. - There is audible feedback, loud buzz on every call. This is not present when the microphone is muted. This wasn't the case with previous headsets - the microphone doesn't adjust horizontally away from the mouth. This will pick up some breath sounds when you are right in front of your mouth. Clicks and clicks were very loud for several days and callers could hear the noise. Today is the last day of action.
