scissors are worth 6 out of 5 stars. My reason for the 3 star rating is the price. I bought them and then opened a Menards ad and saw that they were selling for about $13 a pair. Exactly the same article. I checked it myself in the store. That beef aside, the scissors themselves are the best scissors you can have. You need a green and a red set. My old shears probably cut over a mile of steel roofing and siding panels and they're still sharp. That's definitely 10 years now. I bought them to have a second set. I originally bought a set of Harbor Freight Utility shears only to decide I should have bought them first. The difference in quality more than makes up for the price. If they are used to cut the materials they were designed for, your children will be using them as they age.
