Good value for money but very slim calf fit. Our 6 year old daughter is of average/slim build and slightly above average height with muscular legs and buttocks due to posting. Size 10 is big in the waist and buttocks and there is room to grow as expected, unfortunately the calves are already quite tight. She was frustrated trying to put them on. I went to her aid and found that she wasn't exaggerating how tight her calves were. Their ribbed texture looks nice and works well for entry-level shows and activities, but calves might prevent them from wearing them once they've grown into the rest of the pants. The best option for a very thin child. Also note that the black elastic boot straps aren't removable or adjustable like many of their other jokes.
