Do not overtighten the connections.
The only problem I had was that I overtightened the connector which resulted in more than just the connector coming out when I removed the internal components, ie if you don't over tighten they work OK. Also, make sure you use a bit more pressure as the arresters limit the pressure of the gas a bit.
