This chair is very nice. The padding is neither too hard nor too soft. The message option is good. It's just a vibration, not a kneading effect. There are several options and intensities. There is also a heating element, but it only has one setting. The only complaint I have is that the ottoman sits about an inch or two lower. If I'm not sitting fully upright, my legs bend so much that I don't get the vibration effect. I also wish the heating option had more choice and could be a bit warmer. But overall I really like the chair and would definitely recommend it.
