I don't really understand why this happened but it took a hell of a long time to get the zoom tool to fit into the mount on my ScanNCut DX. When I wanted to snap a photo to send to people on Zoom, it fits now - I'm not at all sure what happened the first few times I tried it. OK, so everything is fine. I attached the acrylic blank to the mat with double-sided tape. Set Feed Speed to 1 (minimum) and Feed Pressure to 9 (maximum). Scanned the mat to determine the position of the blank, moved my design around and snapped it. (I got the message 'attach appropriate mount', clicked 'ok' and clicked 'start' again.) Three minutes later I had the finished product you can see in the photo. Your warranty, so make sure you're past the warranty period before trying.
