Hi, I first purchased these to alert me when the YoLink leak detectors detected water on the floor. They integrate easily with any YoLink sensor. Window/Door Sensors also. It is quite loud, but realistically, depending on how many floors you have, and noisy environment at home (kids, TVs, tunes, headphones) you might want to get one siren alarm for each floor. That's what I've done.The siren has 3 volume positions and an off.Check this out, you can even use them as an alarm clock with the mini-plug. Just plug it into the mini-plug and set the mini-plug to turn on at a certain time Monday through Friday and I guarantee you won't oversleep for work.It really is top notch, I'm enjoying the four I have purchased.
