The ability to organize our bug database in one place, allowing us to assign bugs and prioritize them as well as update them easily with the software. Also the reporting features are great, it's very easy to pull up reports of all kinds of things we need. I dislike that sometimes when doing a scan or looking at a report, there is an option to go back to the main menu. It doesn't always let you continue through once you get there, so if you click the back button it takes you out of the application. This isn't really a problem but just something I noticed. The benefits of this software are how organized everything is. We can see all open issues in one place and be able to work on them more quickly.
