I bought this product to train at home and try to increase the distance in my game. It fits my racquets perfectly, but I mostly use it on an old 5th tree. I went of my own free will and picked up an old 5th wood for about $2 and used it in place of my regular clubs. Now I don't have to switch back and forth. I download a few times and then switch to the driver. This makes the rider feel very light after swinging the extra weight stick. It's also great for just relaxing on the track. I'm a fairly new golfer and dated a buddy of mine who has been playing for many years and completely passed him by about 30-50 yards.
