This is a pretty decent hanger for the money. The assembly doesn't take long at all. I like the style very much. It's lightweight and easy to move around when I want to get it out of the way for company etc. It's not heavy, but for the price I honestly didn't expect it. It fits all of my family's coats (2 adults and 3 children) and my purse (which is obscenely heavy) on the shelf. Initially I was hoping to store children's backpacks there as well, but I think it would be unacceptable for any hanger. It's good if the weight is balanced with backpacks, otherwise it will fall over when a kid takes off his 😂. We've just made the switch and no longer carry backpacks and I'm very happy with that.
